The hotel has clean rooms and clean linen, good managers, particularly the friendly night manager. They were accommodating and moved us to a quieter room when we complained about noise. The staff is polite, helpful, and ready to listen to your needs. The hotel is located near a posh area, making it convenient.

The room had a nice view and was very clean. the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. the location was great, close to many restaurants and shops.

The walls in the room were very thin, and we could hear all the noise from outside. the shower didn't have much hot water, which was disappointing.

Clean bedsheets and helpful staff. The location had many shops nearby and easy access to transportation, ideal for shopping. However, the surrounding area was not suitable for late-night walks.

The quality of the rooms was below average. The bathroom tiles were not cleaned, and the bathroom smelled musty.
